Do you all remember when I wrote about my Daiya product review?  It was so delicious!
I made a cheesy spinach casserole and loved it!

My friend Colleen over at My Vegan Gluten-Free Life made the best Vegan Gluten-Free Chili Rellenos using Mozzarella Daiya Shreds. Below you will see the picture of what it looked like but you’ve just got to make it to taste how fabulous it is!!  You can grab the recipe here!

Daiya Stuffed Chili’s


Daiya has great dairy free, lactose free, casein free, gluten-free and soy free dairy alternatives. You probably know about their Cheddar, Mozzarella Shreds and Pepper Jack Shred. They also have Cheddar, Jack and Jalapeno Garlic Havarti Wedges , but now they are expanding and have NEW Products!

The new products will be out this spring! Living here in Alaska we seem to get the new products last but I can hardly wait to taste them. Here is a rundown of the new products coming out SOON:


Daiya Slices:

for Sandwiches and more. They melt, stretch and taste like real cheese, and can be enjoyed hot or cold. These dairy-free slices are round in shape, for convenience, and come in a resealable package. They come in Cheddar, Swiss and Provolone flavors.



Daiya Cream Cheese Style Spread:

which I am drooling for! They can be enjoyed with your favourite breakfast bagel, in an hors d’oeuvre and in other delicious recipes. They come in Plain, Strawberry and Chive & Onion flavors


Daiya Pizza!

Yes the whole Pizza…They’re made with organic crusts and pizza sauce (with tomatoes imported from Italy), gourmet toppings, and stretchy, melty Daiya shreds. They come in Cheeze Lover’s, Margherita, Fire-Roasted Vegetable and Mushroom & Roasted Garlic.

    I use Daiya on everything that I would have normally put cheese on (e.g. sandwiches, chalupas)

    I use it mostly on pizza or grilled cheese sandwiches. My son is severely allergic to cow’s milk, eggs, peanuts and tree nuts. Daiya is one of only 2 brands I have found that my son can have.
