Mailpix Review & Giveaway ENDS 12/10

I am big on taking pictures and making memories – anyone that knows me, knows that. :)  Even some of you (my readers) have learned that through other reviews, my camera giveaway and just talking with me.  So needless to say, when I was offered this wonderful opportunity to receive & review a variety of items from MailPix.com – I was thrilled!!

I’d like to share an excerpt directly from their site:

MailPix.com is the brainchild of Fred Lerner, a lifelong photo entrepreneur. This site was started from his concern that a whole generation of photo memories — stored online, on discs, in cameras and in smartphones — will be lost to future generations unless preserved as photo books, prints, cards, enlargements and other tangible products.

The goal of MailPix is to keep costs low and pass savings along to consumers. Using the latest easy-to-use web technology integrated with social media, Fred is passionate about introducing more people to the importance of “Turning Images into Memories.” When he couldn’t find it, he built it himself.

Please see my photo (which does not do the products justice 😉 ) to see what I made/received…

That’s exactly what I found when perusing the site and upon receiving my items ~ the most quality of items at very low, reasonable prices.  It is well worth the money spent.  Honestly speaking, other companies products I’ve purchased just do not compare to the quality of MailPix items.

I was able to make a  12 x 12- 12 Month Calendar for next year (2013) laying out the photos I wanted and even adding captions. Another feature I loved about making my calendar just the way I needed or wanted it was that I could type in people’s birthdays or anniversaries.  Nice so you don’t forget to send a card or call them up on their special day.
The second item I waws able to make was 5×7 photo cards.  I added a photo I had taken when my family was at one of the pumpkin farms here.  It was a picture of the beautiful fall foliage and part of the pretty blue sky that day.
Last, but certainly not least ~ I customized an ornament for my children.  I opted for the snowflake and put a nice picture of my children with their grandparents on it.  I thought it would be a nice addition to the tree each year.

Now comes the fun and generous part on behalf of MailPix ~
If you are the lucky winner of this giveaway, you will receive 1 Free Snowflake Ornament and 1 Free 12×12 Calendar and 25 Free 5×7 Folding Cards — AND Free Shipping!!!

I love taking pictures of the dogs all dressed up and little kids all dressed up in funky outfits. Reason I think is because it can be quite a challenge to get them to sit their and smile lol.
